How it works.

 

This uniquely personalized program is designed to help you live a more authentic, healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. Learn about the 4-frame system below.

Opening Frame: Identify your true self.

First, we will get to know each other by using self-identifying tools that focus on the instincts that create our habits and behaviors. Using tools such as the Enneagram, a character strengths quiz, and your top values, we’ll identify some of the behaviors that may be holding you back.


Second Frame: Identify your goals.

Then, we’ll narrow in on what goals will lead to your long-term happiness and fulfillment. By identifying your instincts and habits in the Opening Frame, we’ll get clarity on what has been preventing you from achieving your goals in the past. You’ll also learn how to create “keystone habits”, combat hedonic adaptation, and strengthen your willpower muscles.

Third Frame: Create a plan.

In the Third Frame, we’ll put your newfound knowledge into action by using goal-setting strategies, such as ‘WOOP” to create better habits. You will also learn how to overcome obstacles, establish a routine and schedule, create variety to promote engagement, seek positive visualization techniques, and learn goal-tracking strategies.

Closing Frame: Live the experience.

The most important part of this program is that you fully enjoy it! In this last Frame, you will learn what well-being strategies will work best for you, from techniques such as savoring, time affluence, gratitude, coping, social connection, and technology detoxing. This will help you improve your mental, physical, and emotional health in order to create long-lasting, positive change.
